AVAILABILITY

  • At this time, BLOOM is unable to deliver to the following types of addresses: P.O. Boxes, addresses outside the contiguous 48 states, international addresses, Army Post Office (APO), Diplomatic Post Office (DPO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO). Please contact us at 866-851-2610 to determine if we are able to fulfill your order.
  • Actual delivery time depends on product availability and your location, and may take up to two additional weeks for outlying areas. Delivery and installation policies and areas of service are subject to change.

ORDER STATUS

  • Once you place your order, you will receive an email confirmation.
  • If you need any help with your order confirmation or tracking information for any BLOOM Accessories, please contact us and we'll be happy to help you. For Bloom Garden in-home delivery, tracking will be provided to you directly from our Premium Freight carrier upon shipping.
  • Orders cannot be canceled once they are submitted to our fulfillment center but we will do our best to help you prior to that.

CANCELLATION & ORDER CHANGES

Once an order is submitted to our fulfillment center, we are unable to cancel or make adjustments to it. Please be sure to review all order information before submitting your order.

Orders may be canceled up until they are submitted to our fulfillment center. Once an order has been submitted to our fulfillment center, you will be subject to the terms of our Return Policy below.

RETURNS

Like most large appliances, the BLOOM Cabinet is Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable after receipt of shipment due to high shipping and fulfillment costs. However your satisfaction is our highest priority, and we will always work with you in good faith to resolve any issues you are having.

Unauthorized returns, as well as C.O.D. shipments, will be refused.

PROMOTIONS

    Sometimes we discount individual items so we can provide you with the very best value. We also run several different promotions at any given time. We reserve the right to exclude these already discounted items and other promotions that are running from being combined with other special offers, coupon codes or promotions.

SHIPPING & HANDLING INFORMATION

  • Once your order is placed, it is immediately sent to our fulfillment center for processing. Orders cannot be canceled once they are sent to our fulfillment center.
  • Orders are processed for shipment within 2 business days based on in-stock availability. Transit times listed on our website are in addition to this order processing time.
  • At this time, BLOOM is unable to deliver to the following types of addresses: P.O. Boxes, addresses outside the contiguous 48 states, international addresses, Army Post Office (APO), Diplomatic Post Office (DPO) and Fleet Post Office (FPO).
  • All BLOOM accessories ship via Economy Ground Delivery method.
  • All orders placed through this Website are subject to BLOOM’s acceptance. BLOOM may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your payment method has already been charged for an order that is later canceled, BLOOM shall issue you a refund.
  • North Dakota - State shipping restrictions apply to our recommended Nutrient Solutions. Our Customer Support Team will reach out to you to assist with alternatives.

BLOOM Garden In-Home Premium Delivery

  • We are pleased to offer free in-home premium delivery for your BLOOM Garden.
  • At this time, premium in-home delivery service reaches 90% of the contiguous 48 states.
  • We will contact you if you fall within the 10% to discuss options.
  • Deliveries above or below the second floor require the use of a working elevator.
  • Premium service includes placement into your home and the removal of all packing materials and wood pallet.
  • All in-home deliveries for the BLOOM Garden require an appointment with our Freight Carrier.
  • It is recommended to prepare for your delivery by measuring your delivery path and deciding BLOOM Garden placement prior to delivery. Doorway openings need to be at least 29 inches wide.
  • If you purchased parts and accessories with a BLOOM Garden, they will ship separately.

Scheduling

  • We’ll contact you directly to finalize your delivery date and time. Delivery dates are estimates and subject to change based on product availability and other factors.
  • Please note that you will receive communications to track your order informing you of the following:
    • When your BLOOM Garden leaves our warehouse (expect 4 to 8 business days for delivery).
    • When it is time to set up your desired 2-hour delivery appointment. Delivery window must be within the timeframe of 8 A.M. to 7 P.M, Monday through Friday.
    • Delivery reminder one day prior to your delivery appointment.
    • Notification informing you that your BLOOM Garden is about to arrive.

DELIVERY PROMISE

We ensure that your BLOOM products will be delivered with the highest level of care in mind. BLOOM Gardens being shipped within the 48 contiguous United States will be delivered using our Premium In-Home Delivery Carrier with proactive communication beginning from fulfillment and ending with the best placement in your home.

LIMITED WARRANTY

How to Register Your BLOOM Product:

You can register your BLOOM product using our warranty registration form.

How Long Coverage Lasts:

BLOOM carries a full one (1) year warranty from the date of original purchase, for the original purchaser/user.

What Is Covered:

This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship, with the exceptions stated below, when the product is used indoors and as intended. The Limited Warranty applies only against defects discovered within the applicable Limited Warranty period. If a BLOOM device becomes defective during the warranty period, Botanicare will repair or replace the defective part or product with a comparable part or product at our discretion.

What is Not Covered:

The warranty shall not apply to problems arising from: normal wear; failure to adhere to operating instructions; products subject to negligence, accident, improper use, maintenance or storage; products damaged by circumstances beyond Bontanicare's control; loss or damage to removable parts; or products modified (including, but not limited to, modifications through the use of unauthorized parts or attachments) or repaired by anyone other than Botanicare, or its designee.

  • This warranty excludes all incidental or consequential damages.
  • Use of the Product in combination with any third-party devices or products that we have not provided or recommended to you.
  • Leaving the Product in direct sunlight for long periods.
  • Attempting to power the Product with any charger or power source other than the one provided by BLOOM.
  • Attempting to affix anything to the Product.
  • Any continued use of the Product after you detect any material defect.
  • Any other improper use of the Product.
  • You may have other legal rights that vary from state to state.
